Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Andrich: We're aware of Xabi's Liverpool, Bayern Munich rumours

Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Robert Andrich says the players are confident of coach Xabi Alonso's commitment.

Xabi continues to be linked with Liverpool and Bayern Munich.

But with Bayer 10 points clear at the top of the table, Andrich told BILD: "It is typically only a topic before a match or on match day when we are asked about it. During the week it does not affect us.

"You get the feeling that Xabi doesn't let it affect him. There were also rumours about him as a player, but he is handling it well.

"Rumours are part of being a coach. We don't care as a team."
